This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Pakistan's and the United States' complex relationship while highlighting significant developments that have shaped the way they interact under the direction of the PTI and USA influences. For this Descriptive study, data has been acquired from a variety of sources, including books, research articles, government annul reports, news releases and the statements of the head of states to elucidate the analysis.
