Authors grant JDSS the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, preserve, and make the article available through the journal's website and scholarly platforms.
Authors may share or reuse their published work elsewhere, provided that the original publication in Journal of Development and Social Sciences (JDSS) is properly acknowledged and the applicable license terms are respected.
Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted material belonging to third parties when permission is required.
Material that is not owned by the authors may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. Such material should be properly credited.
Author Rights

- Using their work for teaching and academic purposes.
- Including their work in a thesis, dissertation, or academic portfolio.
- Depositing or sharing the article through permitted institutional or scholarly repositories.
- Reusing their own material while properly acknowledging the original JDSS publication.
Responsibility for Published Content

These licensing and copyright provisions are intended to support author rights, responsible scholarly sharing, and wider access to academic research.
